ALL OF OUR VILLAS CAN ACCOMMODATE A MAXIMUM OF 4 PEOPLES
WE DO NOT OFFER ANY 2 BEDROOM SUITES. ALL SUITES ON THE PROPERTY ARE THE SAME SIZE. THERE ARE JUST A FEW EXTRA AMENITIES IN OUR PREMIER ROMANTIC VILLA WHICH ARE LISTED BELOW.
Each of our Villas:
Decks or Patios overlooking the the Door Peninsula Harbor
Large bedroom and living area, windows offer magnificent views of the harbor from every Villa
Living areas have fireplaces, 32" Flat Screen TV's, sleeper sofas, DVD, Microwave, Compact Disk player, air conditioning and phone with 24 hour voice messaging
Bathrooms have tub with shower and are equipped with towels and bath amenities
Kitchens are equipped with toaster, microwave, oven, refrigerator, blender, four cup coffee brewer, dishwasher and full complement of cooking utensils and tableware
Bedrooms have wardrobes and clock radio
Beds feature lush pillow top mattresses and down or alternative comforters and pillows
Each Villa has a private exterior entrance overlooking the shores of the Door Peninsula

We only have one Tree House Villa on our property.
The Tree House has all the same features as our Premier Romantic Villa but it also features the best view on the property & a Kohler bathroom featuring a triple Kohler shower.
Premier Romantic Villas for friends
In response to many requests we now have a Premier Romantic Villa that has a king size bed that will split into two extra long twin configurations for bedroom sleeping. It also has a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. Traveling friends may find this option desirable as it offers separate conventional bedding for two to four persons. Ask for Premier Romantic Villa # 11.
Deposits & Cancellation Policy
A deposit equal to one night's rent plus tax is required within 7 days from the date reservation is made. Deposits for reservations canceled 14 days prior to arrival will be refunded the one nights deposit less a $25 (plus tax) cancelation fee. Reservations canceled with less than 14 days notice will be refunded if the room is re-rented less the $25 cancelation fee. Please note arrival and departure dates on your confirmation. Deposits will be forfeited if you arrive after the dates specified or depart before the final date of the reservation, unless 14 days notice is given or the room is re-rented.
All reservations over five nights require a 30 day cancelation notice.
